SHIPPING POLICY – MNJROOTS

At MNJROOTS, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: [e.g., 3–10 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. MNJROOTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MNJROOTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll try to assist.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
MNJROOTS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.


7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll make it right as fast as possible.
